How It Works
Discovery & Programming
We meet with key stakeholders to understand how your team works, what's not working today, and what you need from your future workspace. We document head count, growth projections, departmental adjacencies, meeting room requirements, and special programs.
Existing Conditions
Our team surveys your space to capture accurate as-built dimensions, identifies existing MEP systems, documents structural elements, and photographs existing conditions, creating an accurate base plan from which to design.
Concept Layouts
We develop 2 to 3 concept furniture layouts that address your programming requirements with different spatial strategies, exploring open plan vs. enclosed office ratios, collaboration zone placement, circulation patterns, and departmental arrangements.
Refined Plan Development
After your review and feedback, we refine your selected concept into a detailed furniture plan showing every workstation, office, chair, table, and storage unit, with precise dimensions and product callouts.
3D Visualization & CET Flyby
For complex projects or client-facing presentations, we produce 3D renderings and animated flyby walkthroughs of key spaces using CET Designer, a powerful commercial furniture planning tool, so you can see exactly how the finished environment will look before any purchases are made.
Specification & Procurement
The approved space plan becomes the basis for our furniture specification. We select specific products, finishes, and configurations that bring the design to life within your budget.
