How It Works
Pre-Installation Planning
Our installation coordinator creates a detailed installation sequence plan showing the order in which furniture arrives and is placed, coordinating with building management for elevator access, loading dock scheduling, and floor protection requirements.
Receiving & Inspection
All furniture is received at our warehouse, inspected against the purchase order, and documented before delivery. Damaged items are reported to the manufacturer immediately, before delivery to your location.
White-Glove Delivery
Furniture is delivered to your location with floor protection, elevator pads, and door jamb covers in place. Our crews carry product to the designated floor and stage it according to the installation plan.
Assembly & Placement
Our certified union or non-union installation team assembles all furniture according to manufacturer instructions, from chairs, desks, and storage to panels and systems, then places each piece in its designated location per the approved floor plan.
Ergonomic Adjustment
After placement, our team adjusts all seating to appropriate height ranges for the anticipated users, and can provide brief ergonomic orientation for staff upon request.
Punch List & Clean-Up
We walk the installed space with your project manager, document any items requiring attention, and remove all packing material and debris, leaving a clean, move-in-ready environment.
