Project Kickoff

Order Management
Once specifications are approved, we manage the purchase order process, confirming lead times with each manufacturer, negotiating expedited production when needed, and maintaining a live order status tracker that shows exactly where every item is in production.
Vendor Coordination
For projects involving multiple trades, such as flooring, architectural walls, signage, and furniture, we coordinate installation sequences so trades do not conflict and each element is installed in the optimal order.
Receiving & Logistics
We manage all incoming freight, receive and inspect product at our warehouse, coordinate drayage to your site, and schedule delivery with building management to ensure smooth access.
Installation Oversight
A WSI project manager is on-site during installation to oversee the crew, resolve issues in real time, ensure the floor plan is followed accurately, and communicate any field changes to all stakeholders.
Closeout & Warranty Transfer
At project completion, we provide a full closeout package including as-installed plans, warranty documentation, care instructions, and a contact list for post-installation support and service.
